Extant strengthening structures

A number of steel strengthening elements integrated in the architecture a few years ago needed maintenance and some additions to consolidate their extant static balancing. After cleaning the surfaces, a strengthening cage was built inside the upper portion of the elements. The cage consists in external stainless steel profiles and plates of suitable section that have been mutually secured one to another with bolts and to the masonry by gluing them with a continuous bead epoxy adhesive.
